These are questions and helpful hints about our products and services. 

How long do flameless candles burn for?
The Flameless candles all vary in burn hours. On each product there is an estimated time showing how long the candles will 'burn' for. We recomend for best use of the candles that an alkaline battery is used the next time the batteries are replaced.

What are the Flameless candles made of ?
There are three main types of flameless candle. Real wax, silicone and plastic. All candles listed detail what they are made from in the description.

Do the flameless candles flicker ?
Yes all the candles flicker (and we believe these are the best flickering flameless candles on the market). Each candle holds its own flame shaped centrepiece making it just like a real candle. Unless you are told you probably wouldn’t realise they're battery operated candles.

Where can I get replacement batteries for the flameless candles?
We stock all types of batteries for the candles, just check on the description of the candle and you will find which batteries are required.

How do the hire candles get collected ?
Either we arrange delivery, usually £15 or you can organise it yourself. Items must be returned and with us  within 3 days after hire.

How long do you need for hire notification. ?
If the candles are in stock we can send the candles as doon as the payment is made. For lager quantities we require at least a weeks notice.

How long will my Topiary Art Sculpture last ?
The sculptures are packed with sphagnum moss and sprayed green on arrival. The figures will last for many years as the moss doesnt need anything to survive other than a sprinkling of water.

How Do I Care For My Topiary Sculpture ?
Unlike a real pet, they hardly need any attention. You can buy extra Moss Green spray from our store to enhance the look of your sculpture. If the topiary figure is left, the moss does dry out a little so some topping up of moss is required as and when required. Watering the topiary will also help it from drying out and losing moss.

How do the Topiary Pets stand up ?
Some of the topiary figures are self supporting just like a real pet. Some of the topiaries come complete with a stand which provides a very sturdy base.

How do the Topiary Figures survive in winter ?
The moss is very durable and can withstand all types on environments, so no attention is required.

How do I insert plants into the Topiary Tortoise?
Just like planting with earth, the moss can be buried into covering the roots of your plants. We use various shrubs and grasses to enhance the look of the Topiary figures.

How Tall is the Topiary Elephant ?
Each Topiary Pet or Sculpture has it's own dimensions in the description of the item. The dimensions are all in centimeters and measure height , width and depth.

Do the Topiary pets look real ?
As you can see by the photographs of the Topiary pets they look just llike the real creatures. All topiary pets and other topiaries are built to scale. Most topiary pets come with eyes and some with collars!

How long does delivery take ?
The Topiary figures are made to order so the best quality is always delivered. Usually the Topiary sculptures are delivered ten working days via courier. If you are expecting it for a special day please order well in advance 3-4 weeks . It will keep in perfect condition until the special day arrives.

My Parcel hasn’t arrived what can I do ?
We strive to make all our deliveries on time, everytime.  We send every delivery recorded, so it must have a signature. All our parcels are tracked with the courier so we are usually aware of where your delivery  is. Unfortunately the delivery companies work to there own standards and mistakes or losses are sometimes made. We will refund any ordered items in full after the delivery period of which we can claim it as definately lost by the courier.

My parcel was damaged on arrival what should be done ?
Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery. A photograph would be appreciated in order to document and forward to our courier.
